My client is a full-service law firm that has provided high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals for over a century. With approximately 270 attorneys located in eight offices across Florida, offering legal services in more than 30 practice areas to its clients locally, nationally and internationally.
The Miami office is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group. The associate will work closely with partners who represent a wide variety of clients, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and other Fortune 500 companies in diverse and complex business disputes. Specifically, the associate will draft pleadings and motions, handle depositions, and attend hearings.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials, be an excellent researcher and a persuasive writer. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment with several partners and must be organized, diligent, and comfortable in court. Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar. Federal Clerkship experience is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $91,037.66 - $159,636.75 per year
