An established Law Firm located in the Downtown Dadeland Area of Miami is seeking a mid-level Litigation Attorney to assist our actively-growing practice. The ideal candidate has litigation experience (2-3 years) and can make an immediate impact upon hiring to advancing cases. This is a great opportunity for an individual with the appropriate skill set to advance their career and utilize all their abilities in working cases from inception to trial.

General Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Conduct Legal research and analysis in specified area(s) of law
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on legal transactions and provide guidance through out the legal process
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all court deadlines and requirements for cases
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management strategies

​​Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited Law School
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar Association
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,500.00 - $130,000.00 per year
