LINE COOKLine Cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! As a Line Cook you will prep and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Line Cooks Responsibilities
- Recipe Adherence
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service in a timely manner
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work
Pay range: $17-$22/hour
- Pay is based on experience.
