We are looking for well qualified and dedicated candidates to join the Access Team. You are the team member we are looking for if you demonstrate the following skills and expertise:

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing personalized quality customer service and administrative support within the Call Center and designated programs in support of the “wrap-around model” to ensure that requests for services and information are handled in a timely manner and appropriate level of service. Assists with resolving problems customers may encounter through various channels which may include answering phone calls, interacting face to face, by email, live chat etc.

Has a broad understanding of our organizational services. Works in a functional team with teammates to ensure quality customer service. Understands agency and client confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Connects clients, staff, and visitors upon arrival to scheduled appointments, groups, testing, meetings, or any other needs
  • Answers calls through the Call Center
  • Performs all business functions in agency electronic health recordCheck-in/check-out and triage process for clients

Schedules all client appointments
Fields initial inquiries, complaints, or unresolved issues

  • Completes administrative tasksElectronically distributes all agency faxes

Monitors reception area to ensure cleanliness and basic safety
Manages all agency-wide vehicle reservations

  • Champions other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience:

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients in all interactions and connections to The Village
  • Manages multiple client and staff requests politely, successfully, and quickly
  • A high level of flexibility to meet changing client and organizational needs
  • Interacts positively with clients, colleagues, and other staff to provide successful and easy connections to service
  • Team member focused on providing exemplary client care
  • Culturally competent
  • Produces error free work products
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications and general computer operation
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with electronic health record applications
  • Prior experience in customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
