Job Description
POSITIONSUMMARY
The CRM Administrator reports to the Director of Graduate Admissions and leads the technical aspects of the graduate and professional school’s Slate instance. This is a part-time position up to 20 hours per week. DUTIES
Leads the technical aspects of the graduate and professional school’s Slate instance.
Provides guidance and support to functional users in the day-to-day management of Technolutions Slate functionality including event management, admitted student portal creation and maintenance, building complex queries, communication support, data uploads into Slate, and integrations with the Student Information System and other campus systems.
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience working independently in Slate or demonstrated ability to learn computer databases
Must be able to possess or acquire knowledge and understanding of Liquid Markup, XML, SQL, Database Structures, HTML, CSS, and API Integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical staff in an understandable way
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Experience with system integration, operation and data-management Experience with data compilation, creating workflows, and analysis Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues
Experience developing HTML content if needed
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree; prior experience in a higher education setting
Physical Demands
Typing/Keyboarding: Proficiency in typing and using a computer keyboard for extended periods.
Speaking: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Reaching: Ability to reach for items on shelves or in cabinets.
Manual Dexterity: Ability to use hands and fingers to operate office equipment, handle files, and perform other tasks.
