The faculty teaching, learning, and student experience department is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant on a fixed term basis until July 2025.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include :

• Clerical and administrative support for key activities of teaching, learning and student experience including education development, policies and procedures, student success and development, timetabling, eLearning, and admissions.
• Managing the calendars for two Associate Deans.
• Supporting meetings and committees, which includes arranging meetings, preparing and distributing paperwork, and taking minutes as needed.
• Processing of external examiner nominations for approval, filing documents appropriately, and maintaining records on spreadsheets.
• Processing student ambassador timesheets.
• The successful candidate should have relevant knowledge and experience as set out in the job description. Including administrative processes;

experience of working in a team environment with the ability to be flexible and provide support for colleagues; to identify and resolve issues effectively and to deal with a wide range of people, knowing when to escalate to others as appropriate.
