The Tribune-Democrat’s Circulation Department has an opening for a full-time customer service representative.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and friendly, have an exceptional telephone voice, and possess outstanding multitasking, time-management, and data entry skills.
The candidate must also be comfortable receiving inbound customer calls as well as making outbound sales calls.
Multi-line phone management a plus.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7 : 00 am 4 : 00 pm, but may vary slightly.
This is a full-time position that includes training, hourly rate plus commission, and a full benefit package.
