We are seeking someone with a BSCE/BSCET (ABET accredited curriculum). Your job will be to assist The Transtec Group pavement engineering team on pavement engineering design, pavement evaluation, pavement testing and other related pavement engineering work. This position will be based in Austin, TX.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Upcoming Civil Engineering School Graduate (Spring or Fall 2026)
• Basic knowledge of materials and structural analysis. (e.g., Mechanics)
• Must be a fast learner and expect on the job training.
• Attention to detail/accuracy.
• Prior DOT or consultant Internships or Co-Op experience (helpful).
• Have a great attitude, enjoy working closely with a team of enthusiastic and creative people, and have a strong work ethic.
• This position is primarily office work with minimum field work options.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
