We are hiring several Occupational Therapists to serve as Supervision and Evaluation Specialiststhroughout the Phoenix metro area.

In this unique role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's success by providing:

Responsibilities

• Expert Supervision: Guide and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) within our practice. You'll ensure they deliver exceptional care while fostering their professional growth.
• Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough initial evaluations for your assigned COTA caseload. This sets the foundation for effective treatment plans and maximizes patient outcomes.
• Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a team environment where you work closely with COTAs, therapists from other disciplines, and families to create a holistic approach to pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy Degree from an accredited institution and current Arizona state licensure.

• Have availability during afterschool hours (2:00 pm to 6:00pm).
• Communicate effectively with exceptional written and verbal skills, with a focus on family-centered care.
