OTR/L Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to supervise clinical assistants.
• Evaluate and treat deficits in fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills.
• Educate and train patients, parents, and caregivers.
• Conduct thorough assessments for personalized therapy plans in the home environment.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers, maintaining transparent communication through detailed records.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans.
• Document progress comprehensively through electronic reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and current state licensure.
• While a minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred, we welcome enthusiastic newcomers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in electronic documentation systems and adhere to best practices in documentation and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with exceptional written and verbal skills, with a focus on family-centered care.
