As a Field Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and keep all stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market insights to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a field or corporate recruiting environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruiting challenges.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
