Employment Solutions is a leading Recruiting Agency in the Dallas, TX area. The company has been in business since 2005 and has offices up and down the East Coast. We are looking to add a Bilingual Recruiter to work onsite with our team. Experience in recruiting is not necessary but what is necessary is a drive to work hard and to persevere and have exceptional customer service!

The perfect candidate would have a strength in sourcing candidates, customer service, helping people through the hiring process, providing guidance to employees, detail orientation and being a HR business partner to clients.

Pay starting at 37,000 (depending on experience)

Primary Objectives of the Recruiter:

• Greet applicants as they walk in.
• Administer the application and skills testing processes.
• Review applicant resumes to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Conduct prescreening interviews over the phone.
• Schedule applicants for inhouse interviews.
• Assist with applicant drug testing and background checks.
• Assist with administrative duties (as needed).
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in our database system.
• Provide internal and external communication to support sales, customer service, and operations.

**** Bilingual Spanish is a MUST

Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, but will require flexibility to stay late depending on business needs.
