The Summit Area YMCA (The SAY) is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join the Human Resources Department and Organization's Leadership Team and play a key role in supporting our employees and organizational objectives.
Under the direction of the Senior Director of HR, The Human Resource Generalist manages the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. They work as an essential HR Team member to support the organization's Human Resources functions.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary range for this role is $58,000 - $65,000, based on experience. This Full Time exempt level position will include some nights and weekend hours as needed.
