Role Description
Are you seeking a full pipeline, hands-on training and a process-oriented team with systems in place to allow you the freedom to focus on providing a world-class service to your clients? We're hiring licensed agents to come on board and hit the ground running. Responsibilities include lead generation, researching and finding suitable properties for clientele, scheduling showing appointments based on your consultation with the buyer, and assisting your lead agents throughout your training period. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
- Active Texas License as a Real Estate Agent
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and legal regulations
- Social and networking ability to generate leads
- At least one year of experience is preferred
