Epique Realty is Hiring a Remote Real Estate Agent

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents that are looking to take their business to the next level. Must be motivated and willing to learn.

This is a commission based real estate agent position.

MUST be actively licensed in real estate in at least one of the following states:

AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MD, MI, MS, NC, NV, NY, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Other states coming soon.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the entire real estate buying/selling/leasing process.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with a diverse client base, including multilingual clients
- Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks
