Compensation: Full Commission Role with targeted income of $80,000 or more

Full Commission Role with targeted income at $80,000 or more

• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
• Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process

• Spend time each day generating leads to maintain and grow your book of business
• Host a minimum of two open houses per month to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market

• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

• Agent should bring a database of 100 or more clients - Preferred but not required -
• Active Real Estate License for 1 year or more - Required
