The Story House team is dedicated to delivering impactful experiences for our clients. Our work takes many forms, including digital and social sweepstakes, websites, instant win programs, and event-based technologies.

Our team is looking for an Account Director to help lead marketing, loyalty, and experiential programs. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, a natural self-starter and solution oriented; someone who wants to help lead and grow this program and team.

YOUR IMPACT //

  • Provide leadership and develop trusting relationships with the team, multi-disciplinary agency services, partners, and the clients
  • Work with the internal team to translate plans and campaigns across program touchpoints and deliver best in class experiential and loyalty marketing solutions
  • Develop strategic KPI recommendations in line with client’s needs and implement forward thinking to drive results
  • Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and problem solve based on client and programming needs
  • Work closely with client contacts and internal stakeholders to establish and monitor program scopes and budgets
  • Provide creative ideation and strategy for programs and ensure their smooth development and flawless execution
  • Facilitate and lead collaboration among internal support teams and external cross collaborative team members
  • Lead development of program recaps and analysis
  • Mentor and grow account team talent including training, mentoring, maintaining deliverables and timelines, and performance evaluation
  • Deliver and set example for superior communications – written, presentation and interpersonal
  • Willingness to travel for events and assist in program execution
  • Think differently, challenge convention and find break-through tactics to execute
  • Ability to develop and lead presentations, program budgets, and provide constructive feedback on creative
  • Willingness to travel for events

WHAT WE NEED //

  • Minimum 8-10 years of industry experience
  • Loyalty and partnership marketing background is a plus
  • Strong relationship building skills with ability to manage multiple client contacts and projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing multiple direct reports and demonstrating high initiative and work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize and organize complex details of multiple programs while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excel at driving collaboration and integration
  • Ability to assess and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills to varied audiences
  • Ability to develop creative ideas and inspire efforts of others to bring forward the best ideas and solutions – brief writing experience required
