Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our Clubs members, guests, & hall rental patrons as needed. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle all transactions accurately
- Upsell drink specials and promote new menu items
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the Bar Managers to ensure adequate stock
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, mixology, and drink recipes
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Experience as a certified/licensed bartender is prefered (RBS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
