**Overview:**

Join our team as a Real Estate Agent and embark on a rewarding career in the dynamic world of real estate. We are seeking motivated individuals with real estate experience who are passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals. This is a COMISSION based job.

**Duties:**

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

- Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters

- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

- Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices

**Requirements:**

- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, showings, and paperwork efficiently

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous

- Sales experience is preferred

- Knowledge of real estate law, property management, and market trends is beneficial

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients

- Administrative skills for handling contracts, listings, and other real estate administrative tasks
