The Stagency is Hiring a Field Operations Manager Near San Marcos, CA

The Stagency, is a full service home staging company servicing San Diego County since 2007. We have a 7000sf warehouse with over 10,000 home decor items and can stage up to 60 houses at a single time. We also provide interior design services. We use Stageforce to manage our inventory and projects. We are currently looking for an individual who can serve multiple functions to help our growing company.

Duties to include:

- Supervise and plan home staging installation
- Lead and train staging crew as assigned
- Help move staging furniture in and out of homes with a white glove approach
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and safely transport furniture and decor
- Drive 18ft box truck to and from locations
- Perform Inventory management of furniture and decor through Stageforce application
- Perform repairs or clean furniture as needed

Position Requirements

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Natural leadership ability
- Exceptional attention to detail
- 1 to 3 years of leading teams in a dynamic environment
- A preference to be on your feet and moving
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and strategize for efficiency of tasks
- Flexibility to adjust to meet company and customer needs
- Must be able to lift 20-75lbs on a regular basis
- Clean DMV record with minimum 3 years driving experience
- Open communication style
- Collaborate with teammates
- High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Driver: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
