Manager
The Spot at Arcadia is a small, fast-casual restaurant with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and seasonal produce. We are looking for a Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this restaurant. You’ll be responsible for the coordination and management of all front-of-house activities, from customer service to food preparation. As a Manager, you’ll ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and effectively. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be able to manage both front of house staff and the rest of the restaurant. You’ll need to be able to resolve conflicts and problems while maintaining a positive attitude. As a manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of your staff’s work and conduct. You’ll need to know how to assess employees’ performance and provide feedback when needed. Ultimately, you’ll ensure the highest levels of employee productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.
