Join Our Team as a Client Advisory and Accounting Services Senior Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role as the primary "Trusted Advisor" to our esteemed clients, leveraging your expertise in accounting and advisory services. As a senior leader within our firm, you'll oversee the financial reporting efforts, mentor the CAAS team, and manage divisional budgets to ensure profitability and exceptional client service delivery. This is a full-time remote position. Candidates are required to be based in the Central or Mountain time zone or the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities:
Foster direct relationships with assigned clients, engaging with them on a quarterly, if not monthly, basis to provide expert guidance.
Utilize your profound understanding of GASB principles to assist clients in their application.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation and strategic planning efforts, including cash flow management, to optimize client outcomes.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and their professional network, including attorneys, insurers, financial experts, and banks.
Actively facilitate the advancement of business development and growth initiatives within the practice, concurrently upholding the retention of talented individuals through robust leadership and impactful coaching/mentoring connections.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, and technology teams to ensure integrated resource planning and effective solutions implementation.
Provide individualized budgeting, resource management, and ongoing mentorship to the CAAS team.
Lead new client implementations alongside the Controller and CAAS team, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing support.

Leverage your experience in Public Accounting, whether in Audit, Client Services, or Consulting.
Showcase proficiency in GASB Accounting and strong business acumen.

Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
Drive revenue and profitability, exceeding sales and cross-sales targets while maintaining high levels of client and team satisfaction.
Ability to drive in a pay per performance environment as opposed to maximizing billable hours.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with an MBA preferred.
CPA preferred, with a willingness to obtain if not already certified.
Expertise in private/public accounting, particularly with clients in the $1-$10 million revenue range, with exposure to larger clients preferred.
Previous experience managing staff in a pay-for-performance environment is advantageous.
