As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. We are a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and document basic medical history, document medications
• Ability to work with multiple providers
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Assist during medical examinations
• Assist during Medical Procedures under Fluroscopy
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

Skills

• Proven working experience as a medical assistant, preferred in Pain Management
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Basic knowledge of medications and eForsce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in Google Suites and patient management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.87 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
