Position: Inside Sales at The Specialty Companies
Location: Martinsburg, West Virginia
Type: Full Time - Salary Sales job; Individual contributor role
Compensation: $15 to $19 per hour, paid biweekly
Job Summary:
The Specialty Companies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Martinsburg, West Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
- Qualify and follow up on leads coming from various sources such as website, trade shows, referrals, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and account management, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and update client information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Graphic Design knowledge and experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
