Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails,
• Responding to customer questions and complaints,
• Making sure all deadlines are met,
• Screen potential Clients for benefits,
• The ability to deal with various personalities and scenarios including but not limited to advocates, coworkers, and clients,
• Gather medical and personal information from the clients.
• Record accurate and detailed notes; updating account status and client's information into the computer system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
