The Socher Team is Hiring an Administrative Operations Coordinator Near Beachwood, OH

The Socher Team, with Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan, is looking for our next team member to help catapult business growth. We are looking for a committed individual with excellent administrative and organizational skills committed to supporting the CEO. The right person for this role has a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever. Must be learning based, adaptable to change and be solutions oriented. In addition, they he/she should embody our core value of spreading joy and optimism, and be committed to elevating our work environment.

General Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Assisting with CEO communication by reviewing and formatting communications (presentations, emails, reports, Excel spreadsheets); composing and sending independent responses to emails, when appropriate; fielding incoming correspondence (phone calls, email); creatively using communication technology; and maintaining contacts in databases.
  • Scheduling: Managing and maintaining CEO personal and business schedules by continually updating calendar to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate; arranging meetings to maximize manager’s time efficiency, while balancing business and corporate priorities; determining if CEO should be alerted or meeting should be rescheduled when CEO is running behind; and determining which events require manager’s presence and which do not.
  • Listing Coordination: Assisting with data entry on new listings - entering into the MLS
  • Client care: Purchasing, sending and dropping off gifts
  • Marketing: Helping manage CEOs social media accounts, assisting with and attending team and client based events
  • Collaborating with other team members on completion of projects, cross training with other roles in the business
  • General office support including picking up of lockboxes, purchasing office supplies, delivering mailins to post office, processing paperwork and other duties as assigned

Pay: $45,000-55,000 per year (depending on experience), with bonus and growth opportunities available

About The Socher Team:

The Socher Team, with Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan, is a multi-faceted residential real estate company. In 2023, The Socher Team will assist over 200 buyers and sellers with a purchase or sale of a home and itself will purchase close to 50 homes for rental property and/or flipping purposes.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
