Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Perform general office management duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing and filing skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn new processes and adjust with dynamic priorities
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Experience in event planning is preferred
- Knowledge of Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling software is desired
