Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 10-12 years of external-oriented consulting experience performing in roles involving business development, practice capital development, client relationship and leadership. Experience working within a professional services environment mandatory, however, additional experience working within a progressive corporate or public sector organization is acceptable.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design, development and implementation of Compensation and Career Strategies oriented solutions (i.e., evaluating/developing performance management and measurement systems on both an enterprise-wide and targeted audience basis; broad-based compensation and reward structures to include executive and board compensation programs; conducting benchmarking and analysis as a baseline for needs and solution development; career framework and competency modeling; succession planning; etc.). Experience applying expertise within diverse industries in the middle market corporate, public sector, and non-for-profit areas.

The current salary range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
