Wage	$17/Hour
Position Description	Receives and completes daily work orders, performing maintenance duties, conducting safety checks, operating tools, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, providing customer service, and conducting snow removal and cleaning for the Perks Family Equine Center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Receives and completes daily work orders as directed.
Performs maintenance duties to the facility, grounds, and equipment according to required specifications for safety and appearance.
Performs frequent routine safety checks on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Assists with maintaining areas surrounding the Equine Center as required
Effectively and safely operates pole saw, table saws, band saws, drills, string trimmers, landscape blowers and other hand tools as required to get the job done.
Ensures that all work performed is conducted in a safe and timely manner adhering to standards of cleanliness and effective equipment utilization.
Provides quality customer service to all patrons, guests, and other District employees.
Seasonal snow removal of sidewalks and parking lot.
Performs routine cleaning of facility.
