Position Description	To provide images and content of Rockford Park District facilities, programs, services, and departments. Responsible for creating awareness, attracting new customers, and reinforcing the Rockford Park District brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Handling photo requests based on prioritization of marketing and director’s office goals/campaigns
Gathering and preparing photos for various print and web use
Editing and organizing new and existing photos
Work with Communications Manager to create youth news network
Work with Communications Manager on coordination and promotion of various celebrations and neighborhood events
Designing and/or updating flyers, posters, postcards, handbooks and print ads
Participating in informational/planning meetings for various projects
Utilizing the project management system, Basecamp (www.basecamp.com), to post drafts and communicate with staff about projects
Utilize the Rockford Park District's HRIS system for all HR and payroll-related requirements and to accurately clock in and out for all shifts.
