Customer Delivery Specialist Job Description :

• Be the first point of contact for customers and prospective customers
• Partners with outside sales team to make sure to meet and exceed customer's service needs and expectations.
• Respond to customer inquires, prepare price quotes and initiating purchase orders.
• Process customer orders, make changes, and / or returns per department policies and procedures

Customer Delivery Specialist Requirements :

• College education - preferred and at least 5 years related experience and / or training
• Previous distribution or packaging industry experience - preferred
• Detailed orientated oriented individual with a analytical thinking process
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills both oral and written

Customer Delivery Specialist Pay and Benefits :

• Direct Hire Opportunity - with full benefits package
• Competitive compensation of $22-$25 / hour - Dependent on experience
• Hybrid Opportunity - 2 days in office in Champlin, MN after 9-month training and onboarding
• Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
