Customer Support Specialist Job Description:
• Be the first point of contact for customers and prospective customers
• Partners with outside sales team to make sure to meet and exceed customer's service needs and expectations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare price quotes and initiate purchase orders.
• Process customer orders, make changes, and/or returns per department policies and procedures
Customer Support Specialist Requirements:
• College education - preferred and at least 5 years of related experience and/or training
• Previous distribution or packaging industry experience - preferred
• Detailed-orientated individual with an analytical thinking process
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills both oral and written
Customer Support Specialist Pay and Benefits:
• Direct Hire Opportunity - with full benefits package
• Competitive compensation of $22-$25/hour - Dependent on experience
• Hybrid Opportunity - 2 days in office in Champlin, MN after 9-month training and onboarding
• Full Time, Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
