THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Planning Coordinator for a client located in southern Minnesota. The Planning Coordinator will schedule and plan projects for manufacturing operations and the customer's demands. In this role, the Planning Coordinator will be scheduling production, forecasting sales, capacity planning, inventory management, performance monitoring, and S&OP process ownership.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management or related field
• 3-5 years prior experience in planning, production scheduling, or related roles within a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of QAD manufacturing system a plus!)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and drive solutions
JOB DETAILS:
• Contract (could turn to contract to hire after 6 months)
• Pay $28-33, depending on qualifications
• Fulltime,
• Monday – Friday
• 8 AM – 5 PM
• Faribault, MN (Onsite)
