Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare or related sectors
•Formal sales training and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans
•Proven track record of achieving referral goals and driving revenue growth
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Responsibilities
•Your strategic approach and passion for healthcare marketing will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care to those in need
•Generate Referrals for Home Health Services: Develop and implement effective home health sales strategies to identify and engage potential referral sources, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and assisted living facilities, to drive the acquisition of new clients
•Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth
•Liaise with Health Professionals: Act as a liaison between our agency and healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value of our home health services
•Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute innovative sales strategies that position our agency as a top choice for home health services
•Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct informative and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and referral sources, showcasing the benefits of our services and addressing any inquiries
•Support Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing business development initiatives to expand our agency's market presence and enhance referral relationships
•Align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving organizational goals in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
