• Create a business marketing program and classroom environment favorable to learning and personal
growth
• Establish effective rapport with students
• Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational

• Utilize technology to motivate students and prepare students for 21st century
• Participate in school-related activities that enhance teacher, student, parent, and community relations
