Responsibilities

Evening Opportunity :

Full Time Hours, Evening Shift 4 : pm- : pm

Answers and directs all incoming calls. Signs in and checks out all visitors, patients and guests. Communicates with Assessment when clients are here for an assessment, when they begin and complete paperwork.

Makes required copies, as needed. Posts all outgoing mail. Sorts incoming mail. Follows and abides by company policies, procedures, and Corporate Compliance Program, as applicable to role and responsibilities.

The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a -bed hospital located in the heart of the Bluegrass, Lexington, KY. The Ridge provides psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.

The Ridge offers Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Individual Counseling, as well as Medication Management for all ages.

We have provided behavioral health services to over Kentucky counties for more than years.

Job Duties include :

• Records and routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely and promptly.
• Follows correct procedures if callers or visitors display threatening or other potentially dangerous or disruptive behaviors.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various emergency codes response procedures; calls codes on overhead speaker system correctly and audibly.

Job Qualifications : Education

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.

Experience

One to two years prior experience preferred. The first shift receptionist must have two years of experience.

Other Skills

• Requires knowledge of general office and phone skills as well as excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have legible handwriting.
• The ability to handle confidential information and to maintain a pleasant and congenial attitude at all times.
