Title: Receptionist / Concierge/PT/FT/Days/Nights/Weekends and Holiday Availability

Position Summary:
Idle Hour Country Club in Lexington, KY is searching for a personable outgoing individual to greet members and guests, answer phones, take reservations and To Go orders. Relaying messages and providing administrative support to the members of the Club and the team. Schedule includes about three shifts per week and scheduled shifts are nights, weekends, and holidays.

Main Responsibility: The primary purpose of the Concierge is to

• Greet all members, guest and employees with kindness and respect while visiting the Club either in person or by phone.
• Answers the telephone; transfers calls to proper extensions; takes messages for members and staff
• Directs members/guests to private event rooms
• Provides schedule and other club information to members and guests.
• Sorts and distributes in-coming mail.
• Maintains supply of club information for members.
• Willingness to learn Club Management system
• Have computer skills including in Microsoft Office products
• Works on special projects as assigned.
• Performs other duties required by the General Manager, Lead Receptionist/Concierge and Department Managers.
• Update staff members regularly about functions, reservations, unique events/reservations, etc.
• Proofread and print daily special page and dessert menu. Upload to App and email to membership.
• Prepare “Daily Schedule” page and e-mail to department heads each morning.

Schedule: Days/Nights, Weekend Days/Nights and Holidays

• The following shifts are available: Tuesday thru Friday 9am until 4pm, 4pm until 9pm, Saturday & Sundays 8am until 4pm or 4pm until 9pm. (Hours do change during off season.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
