Seeking a part time receptionist at a busy 4 Doctor veterinary practice. We strive to meet the needs of every one of our clients. We are looking for an employee that values each client and delivers excellent customer service. We are open Mon-Fri 8:00-6:00 and Saturday 8:00-12:00. This position is for the afternoon shift (12:30-6:00) and 2 Saturdays a month. Additional shifts may be available as needed. Applicant does not need prior experience, however it is preferred. Pay will be based on past experience among other factors.

Primary Job requirements:

Answer telephone for various client questions

Make appointments for clients

Check clients in

Collect payment while checking client out

Keep client files neat and organized

Greet every client with a friendly smile
