Join our dynamic team as a Territory Manager (TM) and drive sales across Tampa Bay. As a crucial member of our team, your role involves direct sales efforts, customer relationship management, and achieving ambitious sales goals to keep our business thriving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to an average of 5-10 new assigned leads per week.
• Generate additional leads through cold calling, door knocking, and obtaining referrals.
• Achieve weekly sales goals ranging from $10,000 to $30,000.
• Convert 75% of leads into quotes within 48 hours and 100% within 72 hours using The Rhino and HouseCall Pro apps.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, ensuring punctual and courteous customer interactions.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to refine sales techniques.

Sales Performance Incentives:

• Weekly salary of $800 against commission, with potential to earn more based on sales completion.
• Commission rates of 7% for inside sales and 9% for outside sales.
• Opportunity for residual commissions on repeat services.
