They are growing their business and are seeking a motivated, hands on, and strategic sales manager with experience in equipment sales within excavation, utilities installation, recycling, material processing or earth moving industries.

Base compensation in the 80k range with health and dental insurance and 401k.
Total compensation with incentives in the 150k plus range.
Summary- Sales Manager
This is a full-time role as a Sales Manager. Responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and company objectives Responsibilities include conducting sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, providing product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
While the role is primarily based in Guilford, CT, there is flexibility for some work from home. Travel for client visits throughout New England will be expected, as well as several trade shows during the year.

III. Objectives
Setting Sales Goals : Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status.
accordingly, compile reports on sales performance and track key metrics.
provide feedback and insights to improve processes and offerings.
