Under the direct supervision of the Finance Director, the Senior Fund Manager will have broad reach and oversight of all of the School's funds including and not limited to, Sales and Service, Business Contracts, Fee Funds, State Funds, Gift funds, and Contracts and Grants. Provide exceptional customer service, advice, consultation and oversight to assigned units regarding procurement, accounts payable, travel activity, overall funds management, and transactional inquiries. Advise on guidelines and fund restrictions. Monitor and maintain the health of funds and prepare fund transfers, MTFs, OpEx adjustments (NPEAR), and Salary Cost Transfers. Ensure that units incur expenses according to their approved budgets and analyze actuals to budgets.
