Five Iron Golf is hiring a Digital Graphic Designer to create digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects for use across our website, email marketing, paid media campaigns, social media, and in-store collateral. We are looking for an inspired and talented Graphic Designer who specializes in digital, print, and web design and who will contribute to shaping and growing the Five Iron Golf brand. Reporting directly to our Creative Director, this person guides the visual brand strategy across the digital consumer journey and owns the creation of visual assets that support Five Iron Golf’s marketing and business objectives. The Digital Graphic Designer reports directly to the Creative Director. 

Responsibilities include the following:

• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within brand identity with the ability to analyze marketing briefs to ideate, create and produce modern artwork for website (design and UX management of landing pages, creating wireframes), email, paid and organic social, in-store and print collateral
• Apply Five Iron Golf brand standards and guidelines while contributing to and maintaining the overall brand creative messaging alongside the Director of Brand Marketing
• Creative design of all branding assets, inclusive of creating digital mock-ups for meetings and presentations
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing team and other internal teams to ensure brand alignment
• Own the visualization of the brand across various touch points while providing recommendations to optimize efficiencies 
• Logically and cohesively present design options to clearly communicate visual strategies.
• Regularly participate in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions
• Ongoing participation in external meetings with various brand and digital agencies
• Stay up-to date on the latest design trends and monitor competitors for inspiration 
• Manage account to share and build Canva templates for use by local marketing teams 

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant experience working in Graphic Design
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) with thorough knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint. Basic knowledge/experience working with Canva. HTML experience a plus.
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a modern, clean approach to digital design with a FUN, innovative, aesthetic (MUST SUBMIT WITH APPLICATION)
• Deep experience designing for wireframes, landing pages, storyboards, web banners and digital campaigns for consumer/retail brands
• Must be highly organized, motivated, proactive and a team player
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in multiple areas of development
• Have an understanding of design principles, current design trends, and industry best practices and be comfortable working in all forms of media

Job Type: Full Time, Exempt

Pay: The anticipated compensation range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 annual base salary commensurate with experience

Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week
