Bonobos is seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the development and execution of print and digital design assets across all customer touchpoints. As member of the graphic design team, this person will contribute compelling, on-brand, best-in-class creative to the Bonobos graphic design team. This role is responsible for managing a high-volume of creative workflowowning individual development of content that inspires and captivates the customer and our community, translating our creative & brand into multi-channel marketing collateral. This role aids in the definition of the brands digital design look and feelfrom seasonal campaigns to product launches.

• Works closely with the Sr. Graphic Design Manager to transform concepts into visual executions that articulate the Bonobos brand and deliver on business needs
• Design an array of digital and print assets including campaign concepts, emails, banner ads, print mailers, catalogs, and ecommerce imagery
• Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to the Sr. Graphic Design Manager, and Marketing stakeholders; incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets
• May be called on to contribute to small scale photo shoots in partnership with the Art and Creative Directors
• Be a design leader, from a functional expertise perspective, providing guidance and feedback to fellow designers
• Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends
• Analyze and optimize creative for performance and best practices

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Have a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Have 3-5 years of graphic design experience in retail and/or e-commerce/DTC brands (or at an agency for an e-commerce / DTC client)
• Are a strong conceptual thinker with a digital and print background
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, have a keen understanding of graphic/web design principles and current web technologies (html, css)
• Are a strong communicator and have the ability to prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical timelines
• Are passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns
• Are able to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration
• Can back-up your experience with a strong portfolio
