The Quiah Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor for our Client. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing and ensuring proper training and supervision for all licensed therapists and interns in the OMHC program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide documented individual and group supervision to licensed clinicians and student interns in the OMHC program.
- Track, review, and sign all Treatment Plans to ensure adherence to ATT standards.
- Assist in therapist orientations, interviewing, and evaluating therapists assigned to the OMHC program.
- Conduct caseload reviews of medical records and monitor team caseloads and productivity.
- Identify and address the training needs of therapists, ensuring documented training is provided.
- Assist with case assignments/re-assignments and respond to clinical emergencies.
- Review discharge summaries, transition summaries, and incident reports, ensuring compliance with program policies.
- Conduct emergency assessments as required and participate in supervision with direct supervisor.
- Attend programmatic meetings, trainings, and job fairs as scheduled.
- Perform outreach to consumers regarding service engagement and grievances, and coordinate with community stakeholders as needed.
- Provide updates for CEM meetings, facilitate case consultations, and respond to subpoenas.
- Conduct office-based diagnostic assessments for clients in crisis as needed and compile weekly statistics for immediate supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
- Clinically licensed in Maryland
- Board Approved Supervisor
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a mental health setting
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Mental Health setting: 3 years (Required)
- Supervising: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Clinically Licensed in Maryland (Required)
- Board Approved Supervisor (Required)
