Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in person, and via phone and email to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Perform data entry and order intake accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus but not required, since we offer on-the-job training
