The Team Leader is responsible for the coordination of and the service of individual members’ assessments and program plans. Must provide and ensure quality training and education to persons with disabilities in the homes and in the community by teaching skills to promote independent living.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma

• Current Mandatory Adult Abuse Reporter Certificate or obtain after hire
• Current Chauffeur’s license or obtain immediately after hire
• Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities
• Demonstrated effective supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to direct and manage personnel
• High level of literacy in written and spoken English
• Management and supervisory skills including planning, directing, and delegating work to others
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills
• Good initiative, judgment, leadership and problem solving skills
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Complete assignments timely, completely and accurately
