The Pride Group assists adults with a mental health diagnosis and we are looking for staff for our HAB homes in Cherokee, Iowa.

Some duties may include:

-Supervising residents daily activities, assisting as needed.

-Dispensing medication

-Assisting with meal prep/cooking

-Transporting residents to appointments

-Provide support to residents

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and conflicts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
