Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at King & Columbus. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping captivating visual experiences that elevate our clients' brands and engage audiences across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction for client projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and surpassing expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives that communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions.
  • Produce high-quality designs for print and digital mediums, including advertisements, marketing materials, web assets, and multimedia presentations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive design innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee project execution from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, attentive listening, and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver integrated design solutions that drive business impact.

Qualifications


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful creative solutions.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Exceptional design sensibility, with a keen eye for composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a natural inclination towards mentorship and team empowerment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.

Physical Requirements, Work Environment, and Travel:
