As a Medical Assistant with us, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Providing top-notch room and customer service for our patients
• Skillfully obtaining chief complaints and vital information
• Preparing examination rooms for patient visits
• Administering injections and immunizations with precision
• Taking vital signs and ensuring patients are ready for the doctor's attention
• Assisting during minor surgeries, biopsies, and physicals
• Offering compassionate counseling on medical procedures, family planning, and overall care
• Collaborating with specialists or arranging in-patient care as needed
• Maintaining a pristine and hygienic work environment
• Handling nurse station calls and following up promptly with doctors on lab results
• Offering comprehensive assistance throughout the patient's visit

Requirements :

To qualify, you must have :

• A High school diploma or GED
• Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited institution
• A current CPR Card (AHA / BLS)
• Up-to-date Immunization Records and TB clearance
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus!
• A valid COVID Vaccination card
