Job Title : HR Specialist (Temporary)

Duration : Immediate start until the end of June, with potential for extension

Rate of Pay : $22.00 per hour.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compliance and employee data management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Duties :

Maintain accurate employee records by tracking and updating data on designated trackers.

Liaise with staff and supervisors to ensure timely submission of required paperwork.

Scan and file paperwork into employee records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Perform data validation to ensure the integrity of records and entries.

Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive employee information.
